Implementation of
language training needs analysis for several divisions of the national
office of one of the main French banks, Crédit
Agricole. This needs analysis, adapted to the specificity
of the banking sector and to the bank’s structure itself,
entailed an analysis of the various tasks to be handled in the foreign language
as well |
as an evaluation of the capacity of personnel concerned
to accomplish these tasks. On the basis of audit results, INTEGRAM
language training programs involving several hundred employees were
designed, implemented and managed over successive three-year periods. |
